In <a href="http://www.walterblock.com/publications/radical_privatization.pdf">Radical Privatization and other Libertarian Conundrums</a>, for example, Block noted that under libertarianism, a "murder park" would be legal--"where people may shoot one another, provided only that all of them had agreed to take part in this game, and there are thick walls so that no outsiders are shot".<br /><br />The point, of course, is that the basis of all political norms is private property, which permits property owners to establish the rules of use of their property.<br /><br />Anarcho-Austrian-libertarianism is the viewpoint enunciated by thinkers in the tradition of <a href="http://www.mises.org/content/mises.asp">Mises</a>, <a href="http://www.mises.org/content/mnr.asp">Rothbard</a>, and <a href="http://www.hanshoppe.com/">Hoppe</a>--to some of us, the libertarian trinity.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1094668252554284543-6434376749939286777?l=murderpark.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Stephan Kinsellahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07986650653184633661noreply@blogger.com1
